Reflexes on the Inside Arch

Moving on, let's pick up with the last section. You will work on the right foot first, of course. Hold the foot with the left hand and knuckle press the heel. Press with a kneading movement; don't forget to move your body. Let the press relax the heel. Move up and down the plantar surface of this foot, using a gentle pressure and allowing the knuckles to relax the entire foot.

Turn the foot out slightly and move your body so that you are looking at the inside edge of the foot, without twisting your neck and back. The reflexes found on the inside of the foot, in the lower arch and heel region, represent the reproductive system. The human reproductive system produces, stores, and transports cells specific to reproduction.

It is in the reproductive system that human life is conceived. Upon conception, this system supports the development of the cells that form the fetus. Another function of this system includes the birthing and nurturing of the child. There are a number of structures involved with this system.

Alert

Always position yourself to see the area to be worked and to have easy access. You need to place yourself so you are using your body wisely. If you are sitting on a ball or a rolling chair, moving is simple. If not, get up and move so that you can easily see and reach the area.
