Double Solar Plexus Press

Using this powerful technique in closure covers many arenas. Press into both solar plexus reflexes, at the same time. Using your fingers, reach up to the toes and gently pull the toe tops down toward the thumb. As the toes pull down, press in farther at the reflex.

Ask the receiver to take a slow, deep, and full breath. Remind the recipient to hold the breath for a moment, and then to slowly release the breath. Let the person imagine the breath flowing down the legs and out of the feet. Instruct the receiver to relax and breathe normally.

Press in again, asking the recipient to breathe in slowly, this time attaching her favorite color to the breath. Let the person imagine the breath coming up to the top of her head. You are steadily pressing into the solar plexus reflexes. Now let the recipient slowly release the breath, imagining the color washing down the body and out of the feet. After a second of relaxing, follow this procedure once more.

This process allows the receiver to fully embrace the relaxation. This also encourages the receiver to recognize that the session is ending.

Fact

Sensitive reflexes indicate congestion, in the feet and in the body. The receiver may feel a sharp pinprick or a sore spot as the giver reflexes the feet. Pay attention to the recipient's body language; a sudden muscle tension is a signal of a painful reflex.
