Reflexology has many theories. As wide and varied as some of these theories may be, there are constants as well. The divisions of the feet and representation of reflex points are generally similar. More reflexologists today recognize the physical and energetic connection of the work, and understand that footwork encompasses a vast amount of ever-changing information.
