The Paper Alternative

If you do not have a computer or access to one where you can store your personal contact list, you can create a temporary system using a card file. Create two cards for everyone in your sphere of influence. File one card alphabetically and the other by the date you need to contact them next. Although this does not allow you to sort by category, it will be a decent start until you are able to purchase your own computer.

Keeping track of all of your contacts is easy when you don't have too many contacts, and contact management software might seem like overkill when you are a new agent. Keep in mind though that having a system in place at the beginning of your career in real estate will make it easy to keep your contact list updated and organized as your business expands.
