Green Bean Spread
This is a delicious spread to use on crackers and wraps.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2
- 2 cups green beans
- ½ cup cashews
- 1 teaspoon blue-green algae
- ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Blend all ingredients into a smooth purée.

Salt
