Red Bliss Pomegranate Smoothie

This beautiful dark red smoothie is high in antioxidants and phytonutrients. Fresh pomegranate juice is preferred, or you may use the bottled juice found in stores.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2

  • 2 pomegranates (enough for 1 cup juice)
  • ½ cup hibiscus tea, brewed for 2 minutes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  1. Slice two pomegranates in half and use a spoon to remove the seeds.

  2. Run the pomegranate seeds through a juicer until you have 1 cup juice.

  3. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth.
