Maca Powder

Maca is a root vegetable native to South America. It is considered a superfood because of its high concentration of nutrients, including selenium, calcium, magnesium, iron, B vitamins, and vitamin C. It is rich in protein and contains nineteen amino acids. Maca is considered an aphrodisiac and is noted for its ability to heighten libido. Smoothies are the perfect way to take maca because the fruits hide the taste of the powder.
