Blue-Green Blast

This recipe was inspired by Lou Corona's Lemon Ginger Blast recipe. Cayenne pepper and ginger are two excellent foods for improving blood circulation. You can feel these herbs begin working immediately, because the blood will warm your face, fingers, and toes, bringing back color and a healthy glow to your skin. The blast will also help you stay warm during the winter, especially when combined with exercise.
