Black Sesame Milkshake, Version 1
You can make this recipe in about 5 minutes, using either black, white, or brown sesame seeds.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2
- 1 cup black sesame seeds
- 2 cups water
- ¾ cup banana
- 2 tablespoons chopped, pitted dates
Make a seed milk by blending the sesame seeds on high with 2 cups of water.
Pour through a nut milk bag and squeeze out the liquid. Discard pulp.
Blend this liquid mixture with the banana and dates until smooth.
