Tarragon Tomato Salad Dressing
This is a simple and delicious salad dressing. The salt can be replaced with celery, miso, nama shoyu, or dulse.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2
- 2 cups tomatoes
- ½ cup avocado
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced tarragon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
