Ranch-Style Salad Dressing
This is a creamy recipe reminiscent of the popular ranch dressing. It is great as a salad dressing, a dip for vegetables, and a spread on wraps.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dill
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
