Garam Masala Nut Butter

This nut butter is exceptional served with flax flatbread and a glass of Basic Green Juice.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup young coconut meat
  • 4 tablespoons ground sesame seeds (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala spice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or ¼ cup cilantro, diced
  1. Place the macadamia nuts, young coconut meat, and sesame seeds if desired in a food processor with an S blade and process until the nut butter is well mixed and chunky.

  2. Add the garam masala spice, salt, and either paprika or diced cilantro. Blend again and serve.
