Garam Masala Nut Butter
This nut butter is exceptional served with flax flatbread and a glass of Basic Green Juice.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- ½ cup young coconut meat
- 4 tablespoons ground sesame seeds (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garam masala spice
- ½ teaspoon paprika or ¼ cup cilantro, diced
Place the macadamia nuts, young coconut meat, and sesame seeds if desired in a food processor with an S blade and process until the nut butter is well mixed and chunky.
Add the garam masala spice, salt, and either paprika or diced cilantro. Blend again and serve.
