Bananas

There are hundreds of types of bananas, although usually we only see one type, the yellow cavendish, which is popular because of its long shelf life. Bananas are used in the raw foods diet because they are high in calories. This tropical fruit also contains high levels of vitamin B6, potassium, vitamin C, and manganese.
