Orange, Pineapple, and Kiwi Juice
Pineapple contains a powerful enzyme, bromelain, known for its ability to break down protein. Fresh pineapple juice contains a high quantity of bromelain, so this is a good complement to a protein-rich meal.

- 1 orange
- 4 kiwi fruits
- 1 cup pineapple
Remove skin from the orange and discard. Remove ends from kiwi and discard.
Juice all ingredients and serve over ice.
