Mimosas with Fresh Mint and Oranges

This beverage is just the right thing for Sunday morning brunch.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2

  • 1 orange
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water
  • 4 fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  1. Slice orange in half. Cut two thin slices of the orange (shaped like a wheel) and save them to use as a garnish.

  2. Stir orange juice together with the sparkling water.

  3. Serve in champagne flutes and garnish each glass with two mint leaves and one thin orange wheel slice.

Mimosa
