Strawberry Ice Cream

A simple ice cream that does not require an ice cream maker, these delicious flavors will satisfy your desire for a cold, sweet dessert.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  1. Freeze the strawberries for 6 to 12 hours in an airtight plastic bag.

  2. Blend the strawberries with the orange juice until smooth. Alternatively, homogenize the frozen strawberries and orange juice in a heavy-duty juicer and serve.
