Chocolate Pudding with Maca
This smooth, creamy pudding contains two superfoods: maca and cacao. You could substitute carob for the cacao. Edible flowers and sliced bananas make decorative garnishes.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 1 cup banana
- ½ cup avocado
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons maca powder
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve in small ramekin dishes.
