Banana Crepes

These are delicious wraps to serve for breakfast. Freshly sliced fruits and berries make a good garnish. A good replacement for the banana leathers is the young Coconut Wraps.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2

  1. Begin to make the Banana Leather recipe, but rather than cutting the leather into strips, score it into circles. Lay each banana leather flat on the plate.

  2. Spread a layer of coconut cream onto the banana leather.

  3. Tightly roll up the banana leather into a crepe.

  4. Drizzle the Strawberry Date Sauce over the crepes and garnish each with sliced strawberries.
