Banana-Grape Yogurt Dessert
While grapes are a choking hazard for the under-one crowd, toddlers can eat grapes as long as they are sliced into halves or quarters. Let your little one self-feed these sorts of fruits, so she can regulate how much she puts in her mouth at a time. As always, supervise!

1. Peel the banana, removing any brown spots, and cut into thin coins.
