Banana-Grape Yogurt Dessert

While grapes are a choking hazard for the under-one crowd, toddlers can eat grapes as long as they are sliced into halves or quarters. Let your little one self-feed these sorts of fruits, so she can regulate how much she puts in her mouth at a time. As always, supervise!

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 SERVING

½ banana

¼ cup seedless grapes

¼ cup yogurt

1. Peel the banana, removing any brown spots, and cut into thin coins.

2. Wash the grapes and slice into quarters.

3. Combine in a bowl with yogurt on top.

4. Let your toddler self-feed under careful supervision.
