At this point in her life, she should hold auditions for boys to convince her to spend some time with them. It is also her time to rehearse who she is. Secretly you are in awe of how well she is progressing through her vital growth stages. Smile at her and tell her you are so proud of her.

Take a close look at your girl and remember your main goal: to make her the strongest, smartest, and most capable teenager she is able to be. Should she encounter some trouble spots in befriending boys, be available as a listening board, an advisor, and a person who knows how to fix what is broken — and to leave alone what is not.
