Yogurt Pecan Pie
Pecans and mango-flavored yogurt give this simple dessert a tropical flavor. To enhance the effect, you can stir 1 to 2 tablespoons of sweetened coconut flakes into the whipped topping mixture before spreading it over the pie crust.

- ¾ cup mango-flavored yogurt
- ¾ cup Cool Whip Lite whipped topping, thawed
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pre-made 9″ graham cracker pie crust
- ½ cup pecans
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, Cool Whip, and sweetened condensed milk, blending thoroughly.
Spread the mixture into the pie crust, using a knife to spread it out evenly.
Cover and freeze until set.
Let thaw for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with the pecans.
Make Your Own Graham Cracker Crust
Pie crusts made with graham crackers are perfect for frozen desserts such as this one. If pre-made graham cracker pie crusts aren't available at your local supermarket, it's easy to make your own. Melt ½ stick of unsalted butter and stir in 1½ cups crushed honey graham wafers. Press into a 9″ × 9″ pie pan. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
