Pork Satay with Spicy Peanut Sauce
Using bamboo skewers to grill the pork? Be sure to soak them in water for 30 minutes to keep them from burning.

Marinating time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
- 1½ pounds boneless pork loin
- Spicy Peanut Sauce
Cut the pork into 1″ cubes.
Arrange the pork in a shallow glass dish. Stir in the peanut sauce.
Marinate the pork in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat the grill. Thread the pork onto bamboo skewers
Grill the pork for about 10 minutes, until it is cooked through, turning occasionally.
