One-Dish Baked Chicken and Potatoes
You can turn the heat up or down on this dish by using a milder or hotter curry powder, as desired.

Cooking time: 15–18 minutes
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 2 (10-ounce) cans cream of celery soup
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound leftover cooked chicken or deli chicken, cubed
- 1½ cups drained canned sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Heat the soup and milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it is just boiling. Stir in the paprika and pepper.
Place the chicken and sweet potatoes in a deep-sided casserole dish. Sprinkle the curry powder on top.
Add the soup, stirring
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the chicken is heated through.
