Easy Iced Coffee
Of course, nothing beats the taste of brewed coffee, but this easy drink made with instant coffee is great when you want a cold drink in a hurry.
Serves 2
Preparation: 5 minutes
2½ teaspoons instant coffee
1½ cups water
½ cup heavy cream or whipping cream
4 teaspoons liquid honey
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process for about 15 to 30 seconds, until smooth.
Flavorful Ice Cubes
The next time you're making Classic Lemonade (page 259), Easy Iced Coffee, or other flavorful drinks, prepare more than you need and freeze the extra in ice cube trays. Use the ice cubes to add extra flavor to fruit or alcoholic drinks.
