Ham Curry
Serve this delicious, rich curry over hot cooked rice and pair it with Toasted Garlic Bread and a crisp mixed-lettuce salad with a honey mustard salad dressing.
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1–2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 10-ounce container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- 1½ cups chopped Grilled Ham Steak
- 1 cup frozen baby peas
In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir for 4 to 5 minutes, until onion is tender.
Sprinkle curry powder over onions; cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes, until fragrant.
Stir in Alfredo sauce and bring to a simmer.
Add ham and frozen baby peas and stir gently. Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sauce bubbles and ham and peas are hot. Serve immediately.
