Spinach and Fruit Ham Salad
For this recipe, purchase the deli fruit salad with a clear dressing, not the salad with the whipped cream dressing.
SERVES 6
INGREDIENTS
- 1 10-ounce bag baby spinach
- 2 cups (8 ounces) cubed deli ham
- 2 cups deli fruit salad
- ½ cup peach pie filling
- 1 cup pecan halves
In large serving bowl, arrange spinach.
In medium bowl, combine ham with deli fruit salad and fold in pie filling.
Add pecan halves and spoon salad over baby spinach; serve immediately.
Menu Suggestions
On hot summer days, serve cold main-dish salads on your back porch under a ceiling fan with some chewy bakery breadsticks on the side, some iced tea or Lemonade, and Oatmeal Cookie Parfaits or Ice Cream with Mix-Ins for dessert.
