This excellent recipe does taste just like a Fudgesicle in a pie crust. Garnish it with chocolate-covered peanuts and some chocolate syrup.
- 1 4-ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup chocolate milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 1 chocolate cookie crumb pie crust
In large bowl, combine pudding mix with milk; mix with eggbeater or hand mixer for 1 minute until smooth and thickened.
Using mixer on low speed, add vanilla ice cream and beat until combined.
In small bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Add to ice cream mixture and beat just until combined. Pour into pie crust and freeze.
