Parmesan Cups with Cheesy Filling
Form the Parmesan Crescents into mini muffin cups when hot, then fill with a savory cheese and tomato filling for a fabulous appetizer.
- 12 Parmesan Crescents
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
Bake Parmesan Crescents as directed in recipe; except when just out of oven, wait for 1 minute, then remove the still-pliable crisps from the cookie sheet and press each into a greased mini muffin cup. Let cool.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
When cups are cool, fill each with a spoonful of the mayonnaise mixture.
Serve immediately or cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
