Parmesan Cups with Cheesy Filling

Form the Parmesan Crescents into mini muffin cups when hot, then fill with a savory cheese and tomato filling for a fabulous appetizer.



  • 12 Parmesan Crescents
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped grape tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  1. Bake Parmesan Crescents as directed in recipe; except when just out of oven, wait for 1 minute, then remove the still-pliable crisps from the cookie sheet and press each into a greased mini muffin cup. Let cool.

  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

  3. When cups are cool, fill each with a spoonful of the mayonnaise mixture.

  4. Serve immediately or cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
