Picking Up Your Pug from a Breeder
If you are driving to the breeder's home to pick up the puppy, be sure to bring a crate for him to ride in on the way home. It's fun for a passenger to cuddle the puppy or dog, but inside a crate is the safest place for a squirmy and no doubt confused pug pup. Besides, if your pug is going to throw up because he's carsick or nervous, it's better that he does it inside the crate instead of all over you. Don't forget his new collar, tags, and leash. You'll want to put them on him before you leave the breeder's home. A chew toy will help keep him occupied on the drive back.
