Most often, on medium to larger projects, you will have a combination of graphs, charts, and diagrams laying out the tasks to be performed and their time frames. You will want to be able to view tasks relative to each other, to the allotted project time, and to the budget. Maintain graphs and charts to measure progress, and as tools to report back to your team and other stakeholders.
