Each trimester of pregnancy has different workout needs. Here are some sample weeks for you to rotate during each trimester. There are a couple of different ways to use these weeks. You can simply rotate them in order, doing week one, followed by week two, then week three, and then start over. You can pick one week's schedule and do that repeatedly. You can decide each week which schedule to follow, or you can create your own. However, remember to always listen to your body when choosing your workout routine.
