IN CHAPTERS 4 and 8 you learned how to answer questions about your skills and abilities. You were urged to give more than yes and no answers to questions of this sort. It is always wise to provide an example of when you used a particular attribute. Behavioral interviews take this concept of using real-life examples to demonstrate your attributes a few steps further. You will not only have the opportunity to talk about when you used a particular attribute, but also explain how you used it.
