Orange Juice Dressing
Orange juice makes a great base for dressings and marinades because it is fat free, flavorful, and a great complement to salads and meat.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 2¼ CUPS
1 cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup cold water
¼ cup canola oil
½ teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Zest of 1 orange
½ teaspoon red chili flakes
Place all ingredients except zest and chili flakes in blender. Blend for 1 minute to combine.
Add zest and chili flakes to blended mixture. Mix well.
Shake before using.
