Hot and Spicy Marinade

Low in sodium and fat free, this is a great way to flavor protein and marinate fresh vegetables before roasting. This marinade also is a fantastic way to start baked chicken wings.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 CUP

½ cup Low Sodium Frank's Red Hot

¼ cup fresh orange juice

¼ cup water

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon light chili powder

1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder

Mix all ingredients to combine and store covered in refrigerator until ready to use.
