Citrus Marinade
Bright fruity flavors add zing to food without the fat and sodium in most commercially prepared marinades. Great on salmon and chicken!
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 CUP
¼ cup fresh orange juice
½ ounce lemon juice
¼ cup frozen limeade (frozen drink mix)
Zest of 1 lime and 1 orange each
½ cup water
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
Mix all ingredients to combine and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
