Chili Sauce
This chili sauce isn't overly spicy, but it does add a tremendous amount of flavor and a little bit of heat to pork.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS ¾ CUP
½ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup low-sodium Asian fish sauce
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 fresh Thai chili, seeded and minced
2 teaspoons Splenda
1 shallot, minced
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
½ teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
Whisk together all ingredients. Allow to sit for 1 hour before using.
