Tons of flavor with little to no fat and bright flavors. This dressing also makes an excellent dip for fresh vegetables.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 CUP
1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
½ cup fat-free or low-fat buttermilk
Pinch of ground cayenne
Juice of 1 lime
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ cup fat-free sour cream
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend in short pulses until thick and smooth.
