Cookie Pizza Dessert
Refrigerated cookie dough of any flavor can form the basis for a quick, unique dessert crust that kids will love.
Makes two 12-inch pizzas
INGREDIENTS
- 2 rolls of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 quart strawberry ice cream, slightly softened
- 4 cups white chocolate curls
- 1 cup miniature M&Ms
Press each package of sugar cookie dough into a 12" pizza pan, evenly covering the bottom of the pan in a thin layer. Lightly score the dough into six or eight wedges.
Bake each cookie crust at 375° for 10 minutes or until just done. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Spread 1 pint of softened strawberry ice cream over each cookie crust, then top each with 2 cups of white chocolate curls. Sprinkle with M&Ms.
Cut and serve. Store leftovers in the freezer.
