Raspberry Tea Pizzas
These bite-sized pizzas would look beautiful on a table set for afternoon tea. Serve them to your book club.
Makes 24 mini-pizzas
INGREDIENTS
- ½ recipe Sweet Crust dough
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cups Almond Paste
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 cups grated white chocolate
Divide pizza dough in half, then divide each half into twelve pieces. Press each piece of dough into a small circle.
Line two baking sheets with nonstick foil and place 12 mini-pizza crusts on each. Brush each circle with melted butter.
Place a spoonful of almond paste on each dough circle and smooth down the paste with the back of a spoon.
Top each circle with a few raspberries and grated white chocolate.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until crusts are lightly browned. Cool slightly before serving.
