In the pirate realm there were thousands of men who set sail with the hope of finding a better life. For some, this meant attaining great riches and the status that comes with retiring as a successful pirate. Others chose their path early in life and continued because pirating was all they knew. Many of these pirates stayed the course, while others took a path riddled with madness and unspeakable acts of torture. A lucky few achieved true fame and fortune, but the vast majority were fatally expelled to Davy Jones' Locker.
