This sweet and salty pie is a pecan lover's delight!

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 quart butter pecan ice cream
  • 1 (9-inch) Pretzel Crust, baked and cooled

  2. Spread half of the butter pecan ice cream into the prepared crust. Drizzle the brown sugar sauce over the ice cream and arrange half of the toasted pecans over the top. Cover the pie and chill for 30 minutes.

  3. Spread the remaining ice cream over the top and garnish the pie with the remaining pecans. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Allow the pie to warm up on the counter for 5 minutes before serving.
