During the school year, the majority of your child's time is spent in a school environment. It probably feels as though her teachers see her more than you do! As the expert on your child, it is important that you are in a position to suggest that certain adaptations and accommodations be made in your child's school environment. Identifying and addressing your child's needs while she is at school will create an atmosphere conducive to a successful balance between learning and socializing.
