We tend to think of contracts as multipage documents, thickly laced with legal terminology, and containing the dreaded “fine print.” While this is true of some contracts, most contracts are simple and ordinary. In fact, simple and ordinary contracts permeate our lives and drive our economy. Nearly every field of law requires an understanding of contracts.
