Spirit Lines and Your Life's Work
Now that you've examined the lines, mounts, and patterns on your hands, looking for clues to the great mysteries of your life, you can take your reading a step further with a look at how far your spirituality is likely to take you in this life. For instance, if you have the loop of empathy, combined with simian lines and a dominant Jupiter mount, you are predestined for success as a spiritual leader in whatever belief system you choose to accept.
Look at your Jupiter mount: Does it show that you believe in miracles? If it is well developed, you are more likely to ask for spiritual assistance or guidance in all aspects of your life. But remember that you are the one who is ultimately responsible for making personal changes to affect the lines on your hands.
Hospice workers and those in the healthcare profession often have the spatulate-shaped “Healer's Hand”; the more alternative healers tend to have the psychic or pointed hands with lots of empathy loops or simian lines. The great philanthropists typically have wide, open hands with bent-back thumbs, and their lines and empathy loops tend to be deeper than others.
Of course, just because you have convincingly deep lines of spirit does not necessarily mean you must heed the spiritual call that seems to appear on your palm — as with anything else in life, you are given free will so that you can make whatever choice makes the most sense to you.
You could choose to work in human resources management, offering your spiritual gift to be a “guide” to those in the workplace. Or you could decide to share your spiritual gifts by reading to the blind, or by volunteering at a local soup kitchen on weekends.
