Pecan-Crusted Salmon

Sushi-grade salmon is very high quality and it is safe to eat mostly raw. Obtain this quality fish from a fish company that specializes in high-end fish to ensure quality.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4

1 cup crushed pecans

4 (4-ounce) sushi-grade salmon filets

2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • Spread crushed pecans on a flat surface.

  • Place salmon on pecans and coat all sides.

  • Preheat frying pan over high heat and add coconut oil to coat pan.

  • Flash cook salmon quickly on each side, 2–3 minutes.
