Curried Scrambled Eggs
Eggs from barn-roaming and cage-free chickens are naturally high in omega-3.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1
2 large omega-3, cage-free eggs
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
⅛ teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
In a small bowl, beat eggs, water, chives, and curry powder.
Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat.
Scramble eggs for 5 minutes or until set.

Omega-3 eggs are eggs that are from chickens that were fed a diet high in omega-3 fatty acids. The more fatty acids the chickens eat, the more that is passed on to you. This is a great way to get EFAs without eating fish all the time.
