From the time they learn to crawl, kids are on the move. Inherently curious, and anxious to test the limits of their newfound mobility, most kids are running, climbing, and jumping as soon as they figure out how. Yet somewhere along the way, kids can lose interest in exercise. Maybe they decide it isn't important because they don't see Mom and Dad doing it. Or maybe their friends are more into television and video games than playing kickball and riding bikes. Reintroduce your child (and yourself) to the fun, and the good feelings, of fitness.
