English Muffins with Cinnamon Butter
Yields ¾ cup
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup butter or trans fat– free spread, softened
⅓ cup wildflower honey or light agave nectar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Whole-wheat English muffins
Store this butter in your refrigerator in a glass container. It will be easy and handy to use on breads, waffles, and muffins. Try this on the Spicy Pumpkin Muffins.
Blend butter and honey together with a beater.
Once blended, add cinnamon and continue to blend.
Toast whole-wheat English muffins and spread cinnamon butter on muffins to serve.
