Baked Tortilla Chips
Yields 40 chips
INGREDIENTS:
5 corn tortillas
Sprinkle of sea salt
⅛ cup canola oil put into spray pump
Use whole-wheat tortillas instead of corn for an interesting variation.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut tortillas into 8 wedges each.
Spray a large cookie sheet with canola oil.
Spread tortilla wedges on a cookie sheet in a single layer.
Spray tops of tortilla wedges with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake 13–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
