Easy Baked Chicken
This is a simple but delicious recipe. The yogurt protects the chicken from becoming dry and gives it a nice flavor. This chicken is also a good base to add your family's favorite seasoning to it. Mix the yogurt with barbecue sauce for a fun twist.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (12-ounce) container of full-fat Greek plain yogurt
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Coat chicken with yogurt and place in baking dish.
Bake covered in aluminum foil for 10 minutes.
Remove foil and allow chicken to complete cooking uncovered about 10 more minutes.
Greek Yogurt versus Regular Yogurt
